Board Certified Coach Credential Badge

​The Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential is a mark of
distinction for credential holders and a source of credibility
for their clients. As a BCC, I have met professional coaching
competency standards established by the Center for Credentialing Education and subject matter experts.

The badge earner is a Member of International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards. As an ICF Member, the badge earner is enrolled in an accredited coach training program or has completed 60 hours of training aligned with ICF standards, and commits to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.

Key Performance Indicator Credential Badge

Earners of the Key Performance Indicator Professional Certification are able to develop strategic, operational, project, risk, and employee measures and to align these tools to identify and measure the most meaningful indicators of organizational success. Jennifer Rickmers has completed the requirements for the KPIP program determined by the Balanced Scorecard Institute and George Washington University Center for Excellence and Public Leadership.
