Credentialing Information

distinction for credential holders and a source of credibility
for their clients. As a BCC, I have met professional coaching
competency standards established by the Center for Credentialing Education and subject matter experts.

Earners of the Key Performance Indicator Professional Certification are able to develop strategic, operational, project, risk, and employee measures and to align these tools to identify and measure the most meaningful indicators of organizational success. Jennifer Rickmers has completed the requirements for the KPIP program determined by the Balanced Scorecard Institute and George Washington University Center for Excellence and Public Leadership.
